Sonali Paper & Board Mills Limited (SPBML) is one of the flagship concerns of the Younus Group of Industries, a reputed industrial conglomerate in Bangladesh. Since its inception, SPBML has been playing a pioneering role in the paper and board industry, catering to the growing demand for quality paper products in both domestic and international markets.
Our journey
Founded in 1977 under the Companies Act of 1913 & 1994, SPBML began its operations as a private limited company. In 2006, the current management acquired 100% ownership of the company. With fresh investments, state-of-the-art machinery, and a forward-looking vision, the company officially restarted operations on March 11, 2007. This transformation marked a new era for SPBML, driving significant growth, modernization, and long-term sustainability.
